This Foundations Anatomy Workshop focuses on the feet, shins and thighs in standing poses and forward folds.

July 29th 1-3 pm $40

The body is THE feedback loop for all our senses. Our body tells us what feels good and what doesn't when we move. Aligning with yourself is key in the practice of yoga because only you know how it feels to be you.

When we take the time to understand the body THROUGH movement we can be the director of how we feel, choosing to align with what suits us so that our bodies thrive and we ultimately feel the freedom that lies within the lines.

FOUNDATION SAT July 29 th: feet, shins, thighs (standing poses and forward folds)

COMMITMENT SAT Aug 26th: hands, forearms, shoulders (Inversions and arm balancing)

FREEDOM SAT Sept 23rd: spine and head (backbends)

1-3pm Saturdays $40 a session or $100 for all three Anatomy days!!!
