An immersion into the fundamental principles of Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga. This class will focus on the 5-element theory, 3-doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) and their locations and expressions throughout the body. You will learn about your unique constitution and tendencies. We will also look at how Ayurveda views food, colors, aromas, sound and bodywork. By integrating Ayurvedic practices into our lives, we can experience abundant energy, healthy digestion and peace in each moment.
