"How Yoga Works" Satsang and Info Session for YTT

This donation based event on the deeper states available through yoga is not to be missed.

It is for those interested in yoga asana, philosophy and meditation. It is designed to be of value to ALL passion for practice students while offering a chance for prospective 200 hr students to get a taste of the depth of our long-term study,

Rarely outside of the long-term yoga programs are this deeper conversations (satsangs) shared with the public. As with many things in 2018 #timeisup and it is appropriate to start sharing with students of modern yoga the connections between postures on the mat and true meditation (oneness-consciouness).

This 2 hr class is a chance to Learn about the Inner Methods of Yoga given by traditional teachers that make our everyday practice 1000x more effective and enable us to flip the switch on patterns of behavior and experience. It is also a chance for some good old fashion story-telling and Q & A.

Come learn what the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher are up to in their yoga education & meet some of the 2018 faculty while you are here.
